I just wanna say that you are an amazing artist! I looked through the rest of the art you have and I absolutely fell in love with your art! And I also think you have improved over time, by comparing your older works to your newer ones! Great Job!
Anyways, I love the colours on this. I love that neon-glow effect, too, like on her eyes (my fave part).
This is the type of art that really catches one's eye, it made me stop and stare for a little bit!
Everything looks completed and seems to flow together. I also like the textures you have added.

Great job on the effects. The contrast should be worked on a bit more since the girl is blending too much with the background.

I love the color contrast and the use of available tools. The style seems familiar to Sonic, with a touch of your own taste. The proportions and very well distinguished and made. The backgrounds truly does add a finished look to the complete image. All in all, a wonderful work of art. ^u^
