None can stop the great NUCLEAR EYE MAN!

I like a lot of things about this character. I kind of imagine him as a supervillian in a storyline, which makes me wonder how he'll star in it. Keep in touch and I'll watch it/read it. I think that if you ran with someone (thing?) like this, you would need to keep your other characters in proportion with this style. His head, forearms, shoes and calves are huge compared to his tiny torso, neck, and ligaments. Proportionally, this guy is very similar to my characters (though I think you're a far better artist). One thing I might recommend (though it can be ignored), is to make the cape cover his normal arm and get rid of the wraps. When a character has an awesome robot arm, it's better to let that to be the main focus, and the wraps are a bit distracting and off-color from the rest of his look as a whole. My favorite parts of this character are the chin guard/leg wrap things, the nuclear eyes, and the cool look of the cape on his neck. The skull on his robo arm is pretty rad too.
