Really nice sprite man, The animation ain't great though, it bounces more than floats. Ideally you want to change the lighting on the anim as it moves, and add breathing on the coils so they expand and contract. That would be cool. Check out the boss sprites in Metal Slug maybe. Anyway as a sprite it's really good I think.
