Very nice work. I love the attention to detail with the purple lighting. The only thing that confuses me are the feathers. Don't get me wrong, they look cool, and I don't want to tell you how to design your own characters, it just confuses me as to why a rabbitmancer would wear feathers instead of maybe some lucky rabbits feet around his neck or hanging from his ears. I still love it though. The carrots are a nice touch. :-)

Yeah, is confusing, but i put the feathers for imitate the bunny ears. if you look to his left hand he has a rabbit leg in his wrist. Thx for your words

This one is really nice. Great expressions and design. I like the pose of the Rabbitmancer, especially how he holds his staff.

I can't really point out anything bad. Just something what I personally would add here is a few dungeon tiles under his feet.
