I like this overall. Though the thing that didn't appeal to me were her eyes. This is just me, but I think the eyes would have looked better if they were larger or closer to cartoonish/anime-ish style. The close-to-realistic face doesn't seem to jive well with a stylized body build.

I really like her emotions. But I don't like nose :< I know it's difficult to make it perfect but there is something in it I dont like :<
pose is so cool and the water under foot - good point! It makes whole pic like it has story behind it. And that's awesome.
Maybe try to work on skin texture? It's very clear like plastic one.
Still so cool man :)

Cool pose. Face looks completely off though compared to the style of the body.
