Twi'leks - Ahsoka - has pointy horns on top, while Togruta (Jabba's slave that has been eaten by his underground monster) and Hera Synndula and Jabba's advisor - are Togrutas.

Looks really good! Her face is very expressive and I like your use of colors. My one complaint is that there's no clear light source and it makes her look kind of flat.
