Looks good, but there's two main things I find wrong with it. To begin with, the hand that's pointing looks kinda off. The pointing finger is at a weird angle, and it looks like her thumb was chopped off. The other big thing that I find wrong with this photo is that her left arm is nowhere to be found.

I also recommend you work on the hair, ears, and torso a little more. Like I said this drawing is pretty good, it just feels a little incomplete. I like the perspective though, and the head, legs, and trunk of the body look fairly nice. The brush and colors used also fit in.
