A digitally-coloured piccy of my orc character Ogrokh, created for use in a Flash-based fighting game. Unfortunately he never actually made it into the game for reasons that I know not what, but never mind. I still like this one.
I enjoy the art style..
but he looks alot like Broadway from Disney's Gargoyles.
Like you said, there is no actual set rule for an Orc, but I thought the resemblance was uncanny.
Also, as for the fat. Yeah he's fat, but he's packing under the fat. I mean, look at a Sumo wrestler. Under their fat stomachs are very strong muscles, and I've seen one punch a door our of anger and snap the thing in half (it was an interesting stay in japan xD ).
Anywho, Awesome picture.
Not an Orc
It doesn't look like an orc, it looks like more of a green rhino, being green doesn't make you an orc! Also it looks like it has more fat than muscles. I also dislike the way it's dressed
As far as I'm aware there are no hard and fast rules as to what orcs actually look like, what with their being fictional fantasy characters and everything, and this is simply how I choose to draw them. You're right about him looking fat, though - that's because he is. As for his clothes, all I can say is that it's not easy to find fashionable outfits when your size is XXXXXL.
And you think he looks like a rhino? Crumbs. What zoos have you been visiting?
