Yo. Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while.
Just haven't really had the right motivation lately.
It's like I'd draw something then about 80% of the way through I'd just stop.
I have a lot of drawings that are only -mostly- done.

Anyway this is Emma, a sassy, laid-back human/shadow spirit.
With a shadow that has a mind of its own.

Now believe it or not, this isn't a new character I just made up.
I've actually had her for a while. Like, since middle school.
I used to draw her all the time but I haven't done so in ages.
Have you ever had those characters that you think about all the time
but for some reason you never get around to drawing them?
That's how it is with Emma, along with a few other characters.

I know how it with characters. I have a few that almost never draw them again I don't have much time to draw due to work

Mataknight responds:

Yeah.
You either don't have time or you don't have the motivation.
Or sometimes you think about their world and the stuff they do but it just never makes it to paper...

I like it one question though
why is her butt/waste line so big while the shadow is normal looking

Mataknight responds:

Well I was trying to have the room have a "curved" look, so I made the shadow kinda fall along that curve. So in falling along a curved surface she appears a bit more "stretched out".

That's what I was going for anyway.
Not sure I pulled it off.

Nice drawing!!!
