Freaking awesome! I <3 Dragons, and Anime!
Great artwork.
I take great enjoyment out of checking out new art on here, and this is a supreme example of talent. I especially took note of the clear detailing on the eye, right down to the serpentine pupil. However, there is one detail that could be modified slightly. The wings are nearly three times the height of the dragon's body, perhaps if they were about half or at least two-thirds their size they would fit the body and its proportions better. Overall, though, I'd say that this is worthy of gracing the cover of a fantasy novel, or even simply hanging on the wall in a nice frame.
