A play off of the poster for the Showtime show, Dexter (the serial killer one). I would always hear people talking about the show, and I would assume they meant the first and only Dexter in my heart, Dexter, boy genius.

Ah yes I watched this show when I was kid along with Courage,Ed, Edd,&Eddy,Johny Bravo, PPG, KND , Cow and Chicken.
Thank you for bringing me a nostalgia trip.
