Rendered in Apophysis.

If you have a 1280x800 screen, then it also works as a wallpaper ;)

Abstract

I like abstract art alot. I like all your artwork too, how it captures emotion. Not much is to be said about this one, other then I like it. I also like how it's very bright, and uses a lot of color. It's a mind trap for sure, and I find myself staring into it alot of the time.

Oh, and it's my desktop now.

MarshmallowGherkin responds:

haha, thank you.
I'm glad you like it. :D

awesome

dude dont listen to that turkey guy this is really good keep doing what you do man

MarshmallowGherkin responds:

Thanks for the support! :)

Oh great.

Christ, this is awful. Apophysis can prodice so nice fractals, but this is the opposite end - some guy shifting and making triangles with no purpose, and producing something at random.

No form.
No pattern.
No colour.
Tripe.

MarshmallowGherkin responds:

Thank you so much for your /constructive/ criticism.
However, sadly, I disagree with you.
Sure the fractal flames I make aren't the best, but you are severely outnumbered when it comes to these accusations you have made. Everyone else from the various sites I have posted this on have commented on the great combination of form, colour, and pattern; all these things you claim I have forgotten.
Once you change your screen brightness from 1 to 100, please verify that you can see the infinitely repeating swirls, shapes, and patterns, as well as the interesting gradient and obvious shell-like shape.

Please think before posting useless reviews. I don't mind criticism at all, but make sure it is indeed constructive.
Thank you. :)

AMASSING

How did you do that and what program did you use... all of them are amassing

MarshmallowGherkin responds:

For this particular piece, I used Apophysis.
