Hareta and Piplup from the Pokemon DP Adventure! manga. I just glanced at a picture of him, and tried to see how fast I could draw him with a mouse. I thought it looked good for 50-something seconds, so I colored it in and submitted it.
I'm still working on it.
Has Potential
Some of the stuff was shaped funny but I think you have great potential to become better. I liked the colors.

Honestly, much better than I can draw and the obvious Newgrounds fair. I'm not an artist but I would consider investing in a tablet to draw with. I would also considering practicing, taking classes and using websites to study. Practice makes permanent, so make sure your practicing correct technique, do your research and eventually you will see a vast improvement.

The poke ball is shit. Is it a girl or a boy? whats with if's left hand?

Poke ball: I suck at drawing them.
Girl or Boy?: Boy. But most anime boys look like girls, so I did it right.
Left hand: It's closer to us(kind of), so it's correct.
excuses
considering its done under a minute, its ok. but you should not submit pieces like that. good art takes time to work on and your stuff just doesnt do it. yeah i know i dont have any art either, but im working on my drawings and perfecting them, and taking advice from friends on NG. you should study some more. =3

Okay, constructive criticism. Just what I wanted to see. I did actually try. And I thought that it looked better than most of the stuff I see IRL(no offense, anyone), so I decided to submit it. Heh, I guess that's why it hasn't been scouted yet.
