When Primeape becomes furious, its blood circulation is boosted. In turn, its muscles are made even stronger. However, it also becomes much less intelligent at the same time.

I don't think that boosting blood circulation would impair ones inteligence. However... if you could somehow alter bloodflow to focus more on feeding muscles than feeding brain, that primeape would be "realistic" :D
