To resume what others pointed, the world is ruled by violence, and by the resources that allow you to exert that violence (money, people, natural resources, etc).
What about a nuclear bomb WITH boobs? o.o
¿ Boobs?, what are boobs compared with a rifle, flamethrower , a nuclear bomb or money ?, those are things that rule the world. XD
