The thing about dark lines is they demand detail, which I believe you could do. As far as animation go's I'm not gonna judge you for that because, this isn't animated. Still nice though.

I needed some practice with photoshop, i think doing backgrounds without linework would work a lot better for animation.

This is rad man, really. The hues are so close together yet perfectly contrasted. And the dark lines brings in a really cool cartoony style. I dig it man.
