This was originally supposed to be a quick painting test that was supposed to be about an hour or two; I ended up spending about 5 or 6 hours on it because of the folds in the cloth. :( Old image is old. I've updated her markings a bit (I have uploaded this in more than one place); they didn't strike me as 'glowing' so I modified it accordingly.

Paint Tool SAI for the entire painting
Photoshop CS2 for the glowing of the markings
