Interesting. It reminds me for some reason of the Infiniti Ouroboros. This led me to an interesting search in FF as well. You have nice attention to detail. A little background would go a long way with this piece.

Monster I illustrated in phases as a test for myself. This is pretty old now, but it's still one of my favourite projects. Based on the two-headed snake "Sisutl" from coast-sailish lore, just more grotesque and fish-like.
