i love looking at pieces of art that take their own spin on popular character, its very interesting and i much prefer it to looking at a character in their normal environment, because i seen link about a million times before doing that kinda stuff, this however is unique and for that i love it, im really fond of roman era combat so this works great for me in both ways. the quality isnt amazing but its a chibi and i don't feel ultra detailed chibi work well as cartoony adds to the cuteness chibi is ment to hold. i love your background choice and find it very clever, not sure if you ment it but it instantly makes me think of the romans journey across europe for conquest.
