Self portrait filled with whimsy and phallic imagery. Hurray.

*Front Page?! Thank you New Grounds for the smile on my face right now c: *

I like it a lot, It reminds me of Gaia online where you can have an octopus on your head... but it looked like the Mario type octopus that shoots coconuts.

Interesting, but I really miss the strong colours from the picture. :(

Madame-origami responds:

The strong colours miss you too. They're waiting for you to call back and to apologize for that incident at the party last week. I'm sure you can all be friends again.

Why can't an octopus just be an octopus? Why must it be pahllic imagery?

Madame-origami responds:

That's society for you. Just as the ocean is Yonic imagery. This whole image is just wrought with sexual tension, man!

I fail to see the phallic imagery here. The only thing that could even be misconstrued as phallic are the tentacles, but that's a stretch. I guess if your intention was to have the tentacles to be phallic, then it's your picture, but yeah, it's just an octopus. Now if it was a monster straight out of hentai with phallic tipped tentacles, that would be different.

Madame-origami responds:

I was actually being sarcastic there. A friend joked about the tentacles so I felt like including it in the description even though it has nothing to do with the picture's actual meaning.

Plus it's New Grounds. Thought I'd beat people to the punch.
