I can see that the focus was mainly on the skin, as you stated.
You're definitely getting the hang of complexion, as far as specs and freckles are concerned.

Another practise-piece. Wanted to draw a lady with a pointy face, 'cause beauty is in every living beeing!
(also.. still working on my skin ; u ; ) It bugs me a little not having the time to spend so many hours on my drawings as I usually do.
