This is disturbing but pretty cool at the same time. Nice use of colour, the splotches add some effect and the level of detail is astounding.

It may be the smile...
... but, even this been gross and disturbing, I love it. It may also be the eyes... I don't know, there is just something aobut it that makes me like it very much.
