G-Lu Fly Cycle

EDIT: Fixed it. Made it flow better and look more swift. The top is the is the original, and the bottom is the newer version.

Just a test I felt like doing. I wanted to make a fly cycle for G-Lu. I know the arm kind of pops, I have to work more on my model rigging. Anyways I just tried to mimic the movements of like a dolphin swimming through water. I'll be getting some more test animations up before I do a full 3D animation. I am open to any advice or tips for how to improve this fly cycle. I think I need to definitely work on the scarf's movements.
