Hi! This is my entry for the Jazza's challenge of the month taletellers!

In this picture of my piece you can see the figure of Tim Burton (one of my favorites movie directors). I included in his shape three of his movie characters. First is Alice from the movie Alice in Wonderland and the sequel. I put her in this piece because those 2 movies she's part of are on my list of the very best movies I've ever seen! Second is Miss Peregrine from Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children because that's the movie I can't wait to watch so much, that I've decided to pick her for this painting. Last but not least is Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory because that is the movie which represents a big part of my childhood.

I've painted Tim in this composition because I think that all of his creations and actually any creations of men comes from his inside and also shows a bit of his character like this three characters reveal Tim's colourful mind and his enormous creativity which I admire as an artist.

I've painted this piece in watercolour on watercolour paper A3. I've painted all of the figures based on the posters from all of those movies. You can see the different stages of my work by clicking the link below:
