This is my first attempt at a 3d rendered-digital painting composite illustration. The Dagon model was started in Sculptris and finished and painted in zBrush, then the image was rendered and painted over in Photoshop.
The image itself is an illustration of Howard Phillip Lovecraft's short story, Dagon.
