Tried drawing my characters Jessi and Riley as kids

I once knew a lady who wouldn't let her kids dress in anything but pink and blue for their respective gender, it was insane! I think she thought it was cute :/

Riley actually looks good in light blue. His hair... is really short though.

Ok, there's something wrong with Jessi's right foot, it doesn't look right. Other than Jessi's right foot and Riley's really short hair, i like the picture.

You know something, I never would've imagined Riley being like "JESSI I FOUND A DEAD BODY, C'MON, YOU GOTTAH SEE IT!" XD

I don't get why you think Riley having short hair as a young boy is a bad thing...? He looks more like a boy I think, and no mother (who is always in charge of haircuts) would allow their sons' hair to be as long as a girls! Different story when he's a teenager, and he decides how long it is for himself. ;P

Haha well I don't know how much you know about my character...but Riley is not cold and serious for no reason. This picture reflects their much happier childhood, before Jessi showed signs of bi=polar disorder and before Riley became...EMO! XD
