Linocut print. About 4 hours of cutting from start to finish.

Colors were done by using watercolor on cotton rag paper and allowing it to dry. The printing block was then laid over the colored paper and run through a press.

The concept behind being lost in space is terrifying. You are the most alone that any human being has ever been and are left to rot in the vastness of this empty void. I imagine your whole life would run it's course through your mind as you drifted along waiting to die of hydration or lack of oxygen.

If one was smart they would expose their body to the harsh conditions to end it quickly.

This piece is criminally underrated and its difficult for me to explain why I enjoy it so much. More than the inspiration is your unique style and choice of color for an otherwise grim circumstance.

You deserve better than I can describe. Please submit more art.

I Favorited you based on this piece alone, which I've never done to any other artist.
