Woot and 3 quarters! It's been too long since I last drew something with either of me Oc's! Even though this is just one of them it still feels good to have done something again!
We've got Noriko, all dressed up in Marley's outfit from Pokemon, who is greeting all the people who come to Rika's costume shoppe. This is where I decided to experiment with his hair color and decided to give him black 'highlights' to make his hair more than just a plain blond.
His body appearance is thanks to a bodysuit he has on underneath the costume which helps with the performance at times.
Eventually I'll get all my short story idea's together for these two and see what I can pull off from there. And if your curious about the line all around him, It's just there Lol
