For paintings (like this one) I use photoshop. But I also use Flash for vectors. Somtimes I even combine the two.

just its not enough theres no detail its way to simple its a gret style i love that shading n the mouth just theres not enough to be anything amzing do a fulll body or somthing

Yeah I agree. It was my very first painting (that wasn't monochrome) so it's not too good. It's pretty much a speedpainting.
There is a fullbody painting of this lad btw.
