Damn you scanner on messing up colors! In the top right corner of her neck should be green BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO! and there shouldn't blue in the aura.. Oh well.. I re-designed her. Made her more lady like and thinner. New outfit and new scar(sticks out a little from the bandage on her neck)

Not bad

Not a bad piece at all. Too bad the scanner mesed it up.

Your lineart is pretty good, though there are some parts tha look a bit off. Her hands for instance, dont really appear to ahve wrists. THen again, I always found it hard to review space art because of the anatomical differences.

The coloring is good, but a bit sharp. there's not much gradient and not much texture apart from the strokes. Shading is minimal, and you should've focused more on that, a gradient shading and some lighting.

The background looks good, brings the focus on the character but fills the void and makes it less empty.

LittleNerdGirl responds:

Thank you for the rating and the tips! I agree, after inking and coloring (which is always when you notice mistakes, right!) I was like "Oh crap.." But what can you do by then? Just hold your head up high and be proud what came out. I am upset still the scanner really messed it up, it seems it doesn't like picking up the water colors well, and with the shading I agree. I need to by some Water painting paper, I just use what I have at the moment, not the best for water painting. This paper better for pencils and marker. I always liked my line work, ALWAYS! I think thats what I am best at, I just need to hire a painter or someone to color it in for me heh. But again, thank you for the lovely comment and review :3
