Narcissy & Hypo'Crisy on Honeymoon

Again, this one has several meanings. Obviously narcissism, and hypocrisy with the armbands, but there is a little more to it.

It also illustrates the idea that our definition of justice and what is right can be altered and blinded by love. On that note, the fact that they're conjoined by the waist could indicate a preoccupation with sex, and how it is often regarded as something a lot less superficial than it actually is.

The fact that they're both anorexic shows drainage, emotional and physical. Additionally, the fact that they're conjoined indicates that they cannot be separated.

But in the end, the warm background, I'd say, indicates the existence of some driving force, whether that be love or a watered down, sexualized interpretation, it's still a bond.

now that's it

That's why I call this art. Without reading your description, I already got some ideas about what this represents. Now, after reading it, I see I was right on most of it.
Now, THIS is also part of the most artistic material in Newgrounds, because art is supposed to transmit feelings and ideas with an image, and be easy to understand.
Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much!

Your art makes people think. It's not just something pretty to look at, but to look into and make an interpretation of it. It's nice.

Very nice, I like it. Good work link :D

Wow. Simply wow. After reading the description after viewing the painting I realised just how much the image itself reprisented. You really captured all the things you aimed for and made it such a meaningful peice of artwork.
Please keep up this style of art. Acrylic paint if I'm not mistaken? I love it.

Great message, and lots of thought behind it, which I like. It's always good to open your preferences up to things outside of your comfort zone. 5/5
