My characters Amberyl and V (his name is too long and hard to pronounce, so she just calls him that). He went off on his own to protect her and got himself killed, so she's understandably upset.
Explanation of a few things: she has the ability to shift into a draconic naga-like form, which she is currently doing due to her grief. She's basically losing control of her power. This is why her teeth are getting longer (biting into her lip) and her nails are turning black, as they are becoming claws. This also is why she has a black spike starting to form on her arm. She goes Berserk in this form as well.
Not perfect by any means, but one of my recent works I still like. Photoshop, Wacom tablet, too many hours.

also :3 explenation about transformation is awesome i looked at it and wondered if it was a vampire elf monster from hell or outer space, but naga-dragons fits the description .. somewhat
