I think you should make the faceplate thing a bit more on the gray side, and maybe round the head into a helmet if you are planning to animate it.
Also, maybe you could add some decals to the armor.
Its a pretty good concept drawing though.

I'm working on some character concepts and models for an upcoming comic and/or animation I'll have to make for my Cartooning class.
This is just a sketch of the basic infantry soldier I'm going to be using in the comic.
I've never really done anything like this before and it's the first time I'm getting serious about digital drawing, so go easy on me (not like it's actually gonna get more than 1-5 views :P)
