Well I wanted to finally post some more art here.
One of my more finished pictures.
It's a fan art of the rpg horror game ''Ib''. I love this game so much. ~
Along with ''The witch's house''
(for which I am going to make a fan art as well....soon hopefully.) XD

COOL BRO!!!!

The concept of the piece is lovely, but unlike Fifty-50, I do not find the actual execution of certain aspects of the piece to be satisfactory. There are obvious flaws such as the anatomy of the characters being way off the mark. The characters' faces look awkward, the hands are amateur at best, and there are more that should be pointed out. However, the coloring and shading is wonderful. However, the anatomy would typically deduct a whole four stars from your score for me. It's just bad. However, you did an amazing coloring job, and I love how much effort you put into the piece. That will earn you a 1/2 stars and the final 1 and 1/2 stars go to your coloring job. I would really like to love this piece, it's just that...I can't put it lightly, it's just that the characters look way off.

There are lots of things you can do. For one, there are plenty of sites that offer pictures of models, and if you're having trouble drawing poses, by all means please, do not go through the pain of getting the pose wrong; go out there and reference!

Finally, just practice. You can never go wrong with ANY amount of studying whatsoever if it will only help you improve your craft. Step outside of your comfort zone. Explore the possibilities. Do it. I am just starting to take joy into going out of my comfort zone by doing more bizarre things, and by drawing more things outside of my range. My style has slowly shifted from the typical generic anime style to something which I have yet to identify all because I took the time to step out of my comfort zone, even if only a little. I, and many other artists like me, am living proof that one can improve by practice.

TL;DR: Keep calm and draw.

Well, first off I ohnestly appreciate you giving me constructive criticism. Not a lot of people do that but I'm not the type of person that really gets upset by it. It just means I have things to work on and I appreciate people giving me pointers. C:
Yes, I aggree my anatomy is really not the best although I try. Lately I haven't got so much time to draw just for myself (that means mostly for school), but I am trying to improve at least little by little. Well I do look up references and such but I don't always draw while looking at them. Sometimes I do but sometimes I just look them up for learning purposes - like examining the pose and try to understand why it's like it is.
Although, I aggree I need so much more practice and I'm not giving as much time for it as I could or should but I realized recently that I don't need to force myself, I'll take my own pace and I'll get there eventually. I'm not going to give up on it even if it takes a longer time. ^^
So, thank you! I'll take everything into consideration and I'll try my best to improve! :3

Very well done.

This game is extremely beautiful and every respect and so is this artwork.

lilHeart responds:

Thank you so much! ^^ And yes, the game is beautiful indeed. :3
I hope more games similar to this one will be made in the future.
