I think this is probably the worst thing you have submitted. It's mostly because the resolution looks really bad. It also seems like an image too bland to be an art submission. Of course, who I am to say what you can submit? Was there supposed to be some kind of joke in this? You've drawn zombies much better before.

I think it's kind of nice how he's blue. It's supposed to represent how you turn blue when you lose oxygen. At least I think that's what happens. You could have just made a smaller picture. The yellow hair contrasts well.
