One thing I suggest you do, is to flip your drawings to help give you your own critique.
The arms are definitely a problem here. The right is too big and stiff, while the left is quite long and rubbery.
The pose itself is quite plain, stiff, and lifeless. It's seems to jumped in on finalizing what you had too early, take your time and step back to get a better analysis.
Another thing, if this is a futuristic soldier there should be more to his uniform. I wouldn't look at him as a soldier, rather as a rebel of sorts.
I like it, looks very rough and ragged. I can't quite get past this guys steroids, but thats probably just your style against my taste, so i'll leave that. Contrary to popular belief, i LIKE your VERSION of the AK, its not supposed to be the same I take. All in all, if you really wanted a futuristic soldier, may i suggest more prominent armor and possible an eye piece? Good work.

if thats supposed to be an AK-47, your missing the gas chamber.
..I find this picture to be awesome. The style gives it that kind of war-like look to it. I somewhat agree that the muscles may be a little peculiar, but other than that, its great. Very nice shading and such. 10/10.
That wasn't The Hulk was it? Those were arms as big as his face? What's up with the top part of the receiver on the Kalashnikova?
Author's Response:
I know that the reciever isn't high enough. But hey, instead of being a sarcastic asshole, how about give me constructive critisism?
Judging from the look of the weapon and the look of the soldier, it looks like it has something to do with Vietnam, right?
Author's Response:
It was sortof inspired by Starship Troopers. I just wanted to draw a bulky futuristic looking soldier. : - )
