The hair needs a lot of work. Very under detailed. The lack of nipples is weird..you should either cover them up or draw them in. the perportions are good however.

The shape looks pretty good but the lines aren't smooth.
The hat is out of shape, is a bit big and should sit back on her head more.
Too much of her right foot is visible and her heels are oddly shaped.

Here... I think the lines are smoother.
Removed the hat heh.
And the foot.. Bleh, since this is an old drawing, I'll just leave it alone.. Too much trouble ! ;)
