Quite a creative twist of a famous tale.

I. Want. That. Star. Shirt.

It's really great how when I first saw it, I needed to stop and think about exactly what's going on in this scene. That's literally what thought-provoking means.
Everybody is right about her boob. Boobs are more or less attached to the pectoral muscles, right? So if the arm goes up, the boob goes up with it.

Really nice Vector work. It must take a person who really loves the pen tool to do something like this. I couldn't do it. So you got major respect from me.

Oh you! It's like a page out of a Milo Manara book....since he did something similar years (around 20+) go...just not with Lego-people.

I love the artwork, as a whole. It pops out at you while captivating you to keep looking. And I mean that. However if I were to break it down, I would agree with the comment about the breast. The only way I can see that placement actually happening is if she's sort of sitting up in a slightly reclined position and if her shoulders were arched forward some. The upper-curve of the breast is near the general armpit area, but I guess the shadowing (armpit) is what's throwing it off. However given that she's small, I think what's actually throwing this off is that you made the curve of the breast too long. Shortening it from the top would have given more of an instance of where it's place, but instead it sort of looks like a ball. One thing that always got me about artists is that sometimes they make the breasts look like balls sitting on an, otherwise, flat chest. So give it more of a U instead of going with a C.

so hot and the best
