This is really nice. I'm a huge fan of those glowing eyes, but I see a few problems in the hand, and the partially hidden eyebrow looks a bit bizarre, (but I see what you were going for). Though I am no expert in hands, I think the problem is the finger length. The problem with the eyebrow is due to the way the higher, arched eyebrow is thinner and doesn't start in the same place.
