i love the lip ring and the shocking blue eyes (which really go well with the red shirt and hair btw.) I also like how the hair is very messy seeming as if that fits with the character. The wrinkles in the shirt are spot on, the way you shaded adds a very nice touch to the whole picture and the fact that you didn't just make the ears looking like they had no fur at all makes the character actually look like they have real looking ears. (I honestly don't know what i would change in this piece)
