This was cute the light colors work well but I know the pixel brings on those nice color themes I think you could have more texture in the backround and even some glare coming off the colored eyes, you have some amazing work and this was a fantastic character.

Anime-style... Pixel art... They may be awesome alone but combined... yup, it's still great.
Beautiful art with nice selection of colors. Like AuromKantana said, a background would have been nice, but for me, it's not that important.

you're on the high side of a three. If you had added a background, it would have bumped things up to a four. Aside from adding a background, try to make it a bit less pixelated... but yea, pretty good.
