Dark.
Its very dark and sad. But it has something coming of it....Like a story behind the picture that can't be told.

I like the water color look to it
It makes all the dark colors stand out more. Plus it gives the rain and tears more effect because water colors are watery and rain and tears are water. (I know that last part about the water comparison was really obvious but I couldn't think of a better way to say it.)
