I've been itching to draw Tana the phoenix for a while now. Finally got to sit down and do it! I feel like I usually see phoenixes depicted as softer, more friendly birds, but anything that sets itself on fire and dies in an inferno over and over again in order to achieve immortality earns predatory status in my book. Plus, I really, really, REALLY wanted to use this photo as a reference: https://www.flickr.com/photos/sdzooglobal/10076310255/sizes/l/in/photostream/
Signature watermark because of artist horror stories.
Tana the phoenix appears in my StoryShift story "Fire and Feathers": http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/634402
