This is the concept with color for a character i rigged at work while working with toon boom. Its an easy cut-out riggin character, but the cloth is meant to be animated manually so i prepared an scrypt to have automatic black inking border effect.
This one it's drawn on painter essentials.

I think...
this would be great to see him on the animated Star Wars series, this is a cool character and the flow of the cape and the lines of the character are fantastic.
