Kostou Girl is pulling an "amused middle-aged black woman" on that guy.
Like, if she was saying something, it would be "Uhn uhn, naw gurrl, you really think those shoulder pads go with your skin complection, NAW AWH GURL" followed by a z-snap.
Thats what I got from her pose.
