Not really sure what this is from but I do like the style. The foreground could use a bit more detail but it's the background that I really enjoy looking at.

Amazing! I can see you put 110% effort into this with so much detail and creativity! I'm also a fan of Akira and didn't think I'd see much art for it, yet I see this! looking foward to more of your work! Also I really like the colorful buildings :)
