This is obviously a well done piece. Though, their is just too much going on in your work. I do love the colors, but they distract me so much from the focal point. My eyes don't settle on the bike nor the characters because, quite frankly, compared to the background they are nothing. I think you should focus more on what you really want us to see first.
This is a really great piece of art though. Considering a few flaws, but their will always be flaws in everything, were just human. We can only just learn from this and improve. Before I finish this, I HAVE one thing that is annoying the shit out of me. I believe someone mentioned shit but I can't tell if the bike is even in some form of motion as well. I see the smoke indicating motion, but the smoke can mean alot of things. Also, your tires are BORING. It's like you looked at it and was like "...FUCK IT! Brown donuts for wheels FTW." That's just my opinion.
Overall, 4/5. Few errors and annoying things but this is really a great tribute to the movie.

i think my major problem with this is contrast. everything is a bright color and the cell shading doesn't really push anything very far back in space, maybe add a darker level of shadow. plus its very busy, there is no place in the composition for my eyes to rest on. i love the line work detail on the buildings but its really distracting from the focal point. also you have these two well posed action-y characters but i can't really tell what the bike is doing. is it driving forward? is it skidding out? if its moving it needs more of a sense of movement, if skidding it needs more detail to show the wheel is stopped. i do like the color palette and line work, just suggestions on composition. So, Im no art critique.. I do like this picture however. The main reason, Akira is one of my favorite movies of all time. Tetsuo ftw.
