I like this overall.... Now... Details
-His face
I like how you made him appear young and nearly helpless. His surprised look also adds to his innocence which was lost after his realization of what he had done when he finally grabbed Frostmourne.
-Foreshadowing Cloud
It couldve been a little more ominous. This could be done by making it a little less obvious. There is a kingdom Hearts 2 shirt that has a great example of this. On either side of the stack of characters in the center you'll find a somewhat hidden Diz and Riku. This has more of an appeal than something that's just put out in the open.
-Suggestion
If you ever do another Warcraft drawing, try doing a cross reference drawing of Arthas sitting on the frozen throne but split it down the center so on one side you have arthas sitting in his throne as King of Lordaeron and on the other side you have arthas as the lich king sitting on the frozen throne as King of Northrend and leader of the scourge. This would allow for alot of different effects to be drawn, like his kind heart from his days as a prince and his inner greed and lust for power which resulted in him becoming the lich king.

OK i hate to admit, ITs a great Warcraft submission which one of my favortie character in it(hehe)'so must power scar the spirit' a great tag name,
And the deatils characters reacts colors background Armor,Litch King, i dont know what to say its really impressive or,ITS amazing

i saw that it wont 4th place, it could be in a better place ,maybe...
The details and colors of Froustmourne are very nice but Arthas' face is a little how may i say look too young maybe a little more deatil to Hes face could make it better(no not just looks even more ,how can i say realistic,yes9

Thank you : ) I did a quick pencil sketch then scanned and colored it in photoshop. I got first honorable mention after 1st 2nd and 3rd, so 4th place is what you could call it : )
