"I once asked my father if there was someone else like me and mother in our world. He promptly remembered hearing myths about a girl who lived with the wild men beyond the cliffs. They did not shy away from civilization, so every once in a while stories could be heard about a small girl sitting on the shoulders of her towering stepdad, who, despite his monstrous appearance, always had a benevolent smile on his face. Unfortunately their last tale ended with them vanishing without a trace. When I inquired about their fate my father only responded that wild men in human lands were bound to attract troublemakers sooner or later.
Eventually I began do doubt their very existence until I was old enough to venture into the world myself. On my travels I actually ran into a girl who I believed to be the very girl I've heard so many stories about. She was down on her luck and searched for her beastly family, so naturally I was overcome with the same generosity her stepfather exhibited in his tales - and took her by the hand, wishing for my favorite childhood story to reach a happy end."
Still practicing backgrounds and new shading stuff. Do you guys think the swing motion is kinda lacking too? Or is it just me?
