Here are some major / minor characters and alternate outfits that were missing from the first Out of Order character sheet (which is also in my gallery).
Mostly humans this time, so almost no crazy hat people. I plan on doing a third sheet just for madhat background characters though. They are fairly easy and fun to design so I could probably make a contest out of that or something. We'll see. :)

Haha is that a fight going on in the background? behind the spies and the 2 force agents?

Also is the small woman in the black suit with the hat mad because her design wasn't meant to have the mad circle round hips? haha.

kmau responds:

Force agent sounds like something out of Star Wars. I always try to put something relevant to the characters into the background, so military people = fighty fight.
Ha I've been curious wether people would identify the 2nd character as male or female. At least she doesn't get stuck in doorways.

awesome! Variety of characters is surely impressive, all so different but still all have same style feeling. Thats surely something not everyone can do.

kmau responds:

Thanks, glad you see it that way. I had some trouble keeping the male characters stylistically similar.
